Vegetable puree with potatoes, carrots and peas
2 small carrots
1 potatoes
? glass green peas or green beans
1 tbsp. sour cream
salt
Potatoes and carrots clean, sort peas, wash them all.
Boil the vegetables in the cooker for a couple without salt for 10-15 minutes
Not removing the vegetables from the broth, beat them with a mixer until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Add vegetable puree with potatoes, carrots and peas sour cream and a little salt before serving.
