Vegetable cutlets with peas
4 medium potatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
2 leeks
100 g young leaves of peas
2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. olive oil
Boil the vegetables, mash them and stir.
Carrots and onions cut into cubes and I'd just fry in butter and olive oil, but do not boil and then mash and mix with mashed potatoes.
Finely chop young leaves of peas and mix with vegetables.
Add the butter and stir again.
Sformovat mass patties and fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and cold meats.
