Potatoes with green peas
700 g potatoes
400 g fresh or canned green peas
40 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
sugar
Peel the potatoes, pour it with hot water and cook for 15 minutes with salt, then drain.
Heat the butter, add sugar (to taste), green peas, and 0.5 cups of water, bring all to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and heat for another 10 minutes
Add the peas, potatoes, simmer until evaporated liquid, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley.
