Light soup with green peas
4 glass rich beef broth
4 eggs
1 the average cucumber
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
parsley
dill
salt
Bring beef broth to a boil, add sliced small slices of cucumber and green peas, soy sauce, stir, leave the soup to boil for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Whisk in a bowl the eggs, while stirring enter them in the soup, gently, so that they are not curled up lumps.
When serving soup each portion will issue 3-4 slices of cucumber ? tbsp green peas, and greens.
