Soup with "asterisks"
600 g meat or vegetable broth
200 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 egg
1 carrots
4 tbsp. pasta "stars"
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt
To make the surface carrots grooves (sicarbonate), cut it into thin slices, a bit of fry in the oil until its color to orange color.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the peas, carrots, salt and cook for 10 minutes, then add "stars", cook for 5 minutes
Beat eggs with milk, salt, stir, pour in the soup, cook for 1 minutes
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs.
