Lean pea-nut soup
2,5-3 l water
2 potatoes
1,2 glass dried peas
1 onions
? glass chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
greens
salt
Peas pour cooled boiled water for a few hours, drain the water, cover peas with boiling water, bring to a boil, add salt, reduce heat, cook until soft, then add the diced potatoes and cook until the vegetables are just tender.
The oil to fry the onions until transparent color, add the chopped carrot, fry, add the vegetables to the soup.
Nuts slightly fry in a dry pan after they have cooled, grind them into fine crumbs, add to soup, heat off, leave lean pea-nut soup on the stove for 10 minutes, before serving, add to the soup greens.
