Pea soup with mushrooms
50 g Dried mushrooms (boletus, white, aspen)
3/4 glass Dried peas (green)
1 pcs. onion
salt
greens - to taste
2-3 Art. l. vegetable fat
Rinse peas, pour warm water and remove the side. Mushrooms pour cold water, rinse again, add water and leave for 20-40 minutes. Onion peel, finely chopped.
Preheat a frying pan in vegetable oil, put the onion and cook until transparent. Mushrooms finely chopped, add to the onions and fry for 5-7 minutes. At this time, put on the stove a pot of water (about 4 liters), bring the water to a boil and add salt.
Add to the pan the water in which soaked mushrooms. Absorb peas and cook until half a pea. You can then add mushrooms and onions. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and herbs. Pour the soup into bowls and serve with bread or crackers.
