Pea soup with mushrooms and Dried paprika
1 cup yellow peas
3 glass water
2 bay leaf
? teaspoon of dried paprika
2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, narezannyey
mushrooms, sliced
bouillon cube
1 glass cabbage, chopped
? teaspoon sea salt
In a frying pan peas, water, bay leaf and pepper bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, until the peas are tender
Throw a bay leaf, peas grind in a blender to puree the state
In a pan pour oil, and onion until transparent passiruem
Add the mushrooms and garlic, fry a little
