Potato and rice casserole
100 g rice
50 g butter

4-5 potato tubers
2 carrots
1 onions
1 parsley root
1 parsnip root
1 l water
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel it and cut into thin plastics.
Simmered chopped onion until tender and roots.
Warm up the rice in vegetable oil, then add water, add salt and cook until done.
Oiled baking dish, spread ingredients layers of potatoes and rice, each layer of shifting piece of butter and roots. A layer of potatoes should be the last.
All baked in an oven at 180 � C for half an hour.
Before serving, arrange potato and rice casserole with ketchup.
