Turkey, stewed in white wine
1 kg Turkey
2-3 tbsp. butter
2 glass dry white wine
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
20 g fat salt pork
1 PCs carrots
500 g cauliflower
1 PCs onion
parsley (green), ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Turkey meat to wash, salt, pepper and lard thinly sliced pieces of bacon. Finely chop the onion and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. To put a bow on the meat and fry quickly on both sides until soft, then add the chopped carrots and cauliflower, a little put out with the meat. Serve with rice, potatoes or salad.
