Mushroom salad in Finnish

Required Products:

600 g mushrooms

1 lemon juice

For the sauce:

200 g boiled beef tongue

1 pcs. onion

1/2 glass light mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

1 h. l. mustard

ground black pepper

salt

Slice the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes in water, acidified

lemon juice. Fold in a colander. Language dice. For the sauce, chop the onion, mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

Before serving, combine the mushrooms with the language, pour prepared sauce, complete your dill and serve.
