Tongue with spicy sauce

For this recipe you will need:

language

carrots, onions - to taste

salt, pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

mushrooms

nutmeg

greens

Language pour hot water and boil until tender with the addition of carrots, onions, salt and pepper. Remove from the broth, lower in cold water, and not allowing to cool, peel off the skin.

Again lower the language in the broth and warm on low heat for 5 minutes.

Cool, cut diagonally into slices and place on a platter.

In mayonnaise, add shredded mushrooms, gherkins, nutmeg and parsley. Mix and vile language to the side.
