Salad "Figaro" with the language
Required products:
100 g veal tongue
1 PCs carrots
1 onion - head
salt
pepper
80 g beets boiled
80 g celery
40 g the leaves of green salad
20 g anchovy fillets
80 g tomatoes
100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Language cook with the addition of carrots, onions, salt and pepper at a low boil until tender, then immerse in cold water and not allowing to cool, peel away the skin.
The purified language bring to the boil in the same broth and refrigerate, then cut into strips. Celery cut into thin strips, simmered in salted water and cool. Anchovy fillets and salad chop sticks, beet slices.
Prepared foods mix well, season with mayonnaise and place in salad bowl.
On top lay the finely chopped tomatoes.
