Mushroom cuts (2)
200 g white mushrooms
150 g mushrooms
200 g oyster
2 garlic cloves
1 onion - head
4 tbsp. butter
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Mushrooms cut into slices, onion slices, garlic and finely chop.
Bow spasseruyte in butter until soft, add mushrooms and garlic and saute until tender, season with salt and pepper.
When applying the mushrooms and set aside on a dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
