Appetizer "Mushroom turrets"
550 g puff pastry
200 g mushrooms
150 g different mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. dry wine
? tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated ginger

Roll out the dough, cut out 12 circles with a diameter of 10 cm
