Pies "Mushroom autumn"
Dough:
250 g cream cheese
100 g butter

1 glass flour
Filling:
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 onions
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Butter to soften, to combine with cream cheese, whisking, add the flour, knead the dough, then wrap it with foil, put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry for 10 minutes in a pan with butter.
Combine sour cream and a small amount of flour, add the mushrooms, stir well, put 5 min with stirring.
Roll out the dough on the table with a thin layer, cut from a mug about 6 cm in diameter, put in the center of each circle 1 tsp. mushroom filling, edge to sumipntg.
Prick with a fork upper part of the pies, brush the top lightly with beaten egg.
Put the pies on a dry baking sheet, cook for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees until Golden brown.
