Pies with mushrooms, cheese and ham
For the dough:
120 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
100 g margarine/butter
2 tbsp. cream
For the filling:
60 g cooked ham
50 g Emmenthal
2 eggs
1 a handful mushrooms
1/2 Cup cream
1 tsp. flour
black pepper
Combine flour with cream and butter, quickly knead dough, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out from a mug.
Chop coarsely ham, finely chop the cheese.
Peel and wash the mushrooms, put them in, then pour mixed with cream and flour eggs and pepper, stir.
Put on each piece of dough cooked stuffed mushrooms, cheese and ham, to shape the patties.
Baked pies with mushrooms, cheese and ham in a preheated medium temperature oven for 20-30 minutes
