Pie-pizza on sand dough with ham and mushrooms
Dough:
1 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
5 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Filling:
50 g ham
50 g cheese
4 champignons
2 eggs
? glass cream
1 tsp. flour
Basil
black pepper
Combining all the ingredients, knead the dough quickly, remove it in the cold for half an hour.
Take a small baking pan, greased with oil, put the rolled out dough.
Coarsely chop the ham and cheese into small cubes, cut into slices and put out the mushrooms.
With a mixer, whisk the flour with the eggs and cream, combine the mushrooms, stir, pepper.
To put the dough ham, cheese, pour the mushroom mixture.
Baked pie pizza on sand dough with ham and mushrooms in a preheated medium temperature oven for about 20-30 minutes, before serving with Basil.
