Pies in Polish with cream cheese
100 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
60 g margarine
45 ml milk
50 g grated processed cheese
20 g fat for baking
15 g yeast
5 g sugar
1/2 eggs
salt
Combine the flour and margarine cut into pieces, chop into crumbs.
With sugar combine yeast, add milk, salt the, then combine with the flour weight quickly knead the dough.
Roll out the dough layer of 0.5 cm thick, cut into rectangles of 6 to 9 cm.
Put grated cheese in the middle of a each rectangle, twist rolls out onto a greased baking sheet and leave to come pies.
Before baking pies in Polish with cream cheese coat with egg, put the cakes in preheated oven.
