Mushroom appetizer with cheese
400 g mushrooms
120 g cheese
1 glass sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped herbs
salt
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mushrooms, rinse, separate the cap from the legs.
Chop mushroom legs for the filling, combine them with cheese and finely chopped herbs, stir.
Fill stuffed mushroom caps, put in the form and add sour cream, salt, bake for 20 minutes
