Appetizer of mushrooms on bread
5 slices of wheat bread
2 glass sour cream
1 glass grated hard cheese
1 kg fungi
3 Art. l. white wine
3 Art. l. butter

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in butter.
Pour wine to the mushrooms, add the cheese and sour cream, pepper and salt, then simmer until thickened mushroom sauce.
Fry the slices of bread with butter, lay them on the fungal mass and arrange greens.
