Meat appetizer with mushrooms
300 g pulp pork
150 g marinated butter
100 g cheese
? glass sour cream
3 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper
salt
Chop the mushrooms and pork slices, cheese to grate.
Fry pork in butter, add sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes
Put the pork in kokotnitsu, add the mushrooms, pepper and salt, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until Browning of the crust.
