1 kg pork loin
400 g mushrooms
200 g cheese grated
80 g dill
3 tomato
1-2 head onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 l sour cream

Slice the meat portions plastics, with each side a little to beat off, to RUB with pepper and herbs, salt and 15 min to give to pomarinus.
Put the meat on a greased baking sheet, top lay mugs of tomatoes, finely chopped onion.
