Meat rolls with mushrooms
Required Products:
300 g pork - pulp
100 g mushrooms boiled
70 g parmesan cheese
50 g canned asparagus
3 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper, salt to taste
The flesh of pork cut into 4 slices, repel, salt and pepper.
Put on each slice sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Wrap the roll, fasten skewers and bake.
Serve with asparagus.
