Medallions of pork (3)
Required Products:
500-600 g pork (loin) - pulp
2 Art. l. melted butter
2 onions - head
200 g mushrooms
2 pcs. tomatoes
125 g Gouda cheese
1/2 h. l. paprika chopped
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Pork chop for 4 portions, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 2 minutes on each side. In the remaining fat fry sliced mushrooms and onions, cut into rings 5 minut.Pomidory scald, remove the peel, cut into slices and fry quickly.
Lay slices of pork in a refractory form, put on each onion and mushrooms, then slice of tomato and a slice of cheese, sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Bake at 250 C for 5 minutes.
Ready medallions garnish boiled broccoli and potatoes, sprinkle with thyme.
