Medallions Bermuda
Required products:
600 g pork (loin)
2-3 PCs apples
60 g pork fat
2 PCs peppers
4 onion - head
1 parsley - beam
200 g ham
1 PCs celery
1 lemon juice
2 PCs egg
6 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. curry
red pepper powder, salt to taste
Pork chop with a knife. Apples, remove the core and peel, cut into slices and fry in lard.Pepper remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips and fry two onions, sliced. Greens chop.
Ham, celery and remaining onion mince and mix with minced meat, lemon juice, curry, pepper, herbs, eggs and breadcrumbs. Stir until smooth, sformula medallions, fry in fat until tender.
