Crispy pork medallions
600 g pork loin
4 tomato
2 egg yolk
2 toasted piece of bread without crust
1-2 garlic cloves
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. thyme

Combine herbs and red pepper with half of the butter on the night pour the prepared marinade pork, cut into serving pieces.
Chop the garlic, crush the toast, add the egg yolks, mustard, salt and stir.
Remove from marinade the pieces of meat, add the marinade to the bread mixture and mix.
RUB the meat with pepper, fry in of the rest of the oil.
On the tomatoes to make cuts crosswise, coat them with oil, salt.
Roll the slices of pork in bread mixture and fry until cooked on the grill along with tomatoes.
Before serving Christmas buffet crispy pork medallions to decorate with herbs and cooked tomatoes.
