Medallions of pork with tomatoes
Required products:
1 kg pork (loin) - pulp
6 PCs tomatoes
450 g mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 Basil - beam
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Pork cut into slices and fry in butter for 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.On a greased baking sheet place the medallions, place on each slice of tomato. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano. Top place 2 Basil leaves and slice of cheese. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 250 C.
When submitting each medallion decorate with Basil leaves.
