Pork Medallions
Required Products:
125 g Pork - 6 pieces of meat in
6 bacon - slices
5 ketchup - tablespoons
1 brandy or rum - tablespoon
Sliced pork slightly repel, giving a round shape. Wrap each piece a slice of bacon and secure with thread or wooden studs. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven at 170 � C for 30 minutes. Lubricate the top with a mixture of ketchup, red pepper and brandy and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve with a garnish of vegetables, complete your greens.
