Required Products:
2 kg pork (bacon)
1 onions - head
2 Art. l. pork fat
4 Art. l. ketchup
3 Art. l. worcestershire sauce
2 Art. l. vinegar of 3%
4 Art. l. lemon juice
2 h. l. mustard
2 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. Dried basil
1/2 h. l. chili - 1
1 ground black pepper - a pinch
1/2 h. l. salt
Finely chop the onion, fry in oil, add 5 tablespoons of the diluted water ketchup, the remaining ingredients (except pork) sauce simmer on low heat, covered 30 minut.Grudinku salt, grease the part of the prepared sauce.
