Pello (pork with rice)
Required Products:
500 g lean pork - pulp
250 g rice
1-2 Art. l. butter

6 pineapple - slices
1 Art. l. lemon juice
3 Art. l. pineapple juice
3 Carnation - bud
1 / h. l. coriander - ground seeds
1/4 h. l. cinnamon and cardamom powder
1 Art. l. sugar
Salt to taste

Meat slice, fry in hot oil for 10 minutes with the addition of coriander, cloves, salt and finely chopped onions. Pour 1 cup of water and simmer until tender.
Figure rinse, boil until cooked, fold in a colander and mix with three sliced pineapple. The remaining pineapple slices cut, mix with pineapple and lemon juice, sugar and cook over medium heat.
Meat with sauce Put in a baking dish, top with rice, and on it - roasted pineapple. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom, sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of water and bake in the oven, covered for 10 minutes.
