Pork with pineapple salsa
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into long pieces
1 jalapeno pepper, without seeds, finely crumbled
1 glass chopped fresh coriander
1 Art. l. lemon juice
1/4 h. l. ground black pepper
2 Art. l. olive oil
3/4 h. l. And 1. salt
3 Art. l. red pepper
170 g 4 pork chops (each), cut into small pieces
Heat the grill, lightly brown the slices of pineapple on it. After finely chop them. In a bowl, combine pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice, black pepper, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt. Red pepper and remaining salt in a separate bowl mix. Place the red pepper slices of meat, pour the remaining butter. Mix the meat. Strung pieces on skewers and fried on the grill, turning every 2 minutes on the other side. It takes approximately 20 minutes until fully cooked kebabs. Served with pineapple salsa.
