"Pockets" of pork with pineapple
700 g pork loin
200 g canned pineapple
50 g cheese
1 egg
breadcrumbs
grated nutmeg
black pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut into slices pineapple, sprinkle with nutmeg and mix.
Cut the flesh of pork into slices 2 cm thick, a little beat, pepper and salt, to make the side of each piece of cut - "pocket", put some cheese and pineapple slices, secure pockets with wooden skewers.
Whisk and season with salt egg, roll in it the pieces of meat, then breaded in breadcrumbs.
