2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds

over a large pinch of ground cinnamon

cayenne red pepper and ground nutmeg

1 finely crumbled bay leaf

salt and freshly ground black pepper

500 g boneless pork, cut into cubes

lemon slices and bay leaves for garnish

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pork and lemon slices. Put the pork and toss with marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours, occasionally turning the meat.

Warm up the grill or grill. Nanizhite meat into small skewers. Bake on a hot grill or grill 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is no zapechetsya, while at the same time juicy.

Garnish with lemon slices and bay leaves. Serve hot.
