Pork with coconut
1 kg pork neck
400 ml coconut milk

6 buds Clove
4 cm fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 head red onion

1 chili long
1 lemon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons sunflower oil

1 tsp ground nutmeg

For the marinade clean, finely chopped ginger root, garlic and onions, chili peppers washed, cut in half, remove seeds, cut into thin half-rings pulp, rinse, dry and coarsely chopped cilantro, squeeze the juice from the lemon.
