Pork chops "Crazy taste"
700 g pork loin
100 ml olive oil
50 g parsley
6 garlic cloves
5 cm of fresh ginger root
2 Lyme
1 chilli
1 tsp. salt
? tsp. black pepper
Remove the zest from the limes, finely chop the parsley, cut into circles garlic, RUB on a grater ginger root, cut the chili in half lengthwise, cut into strips crosswise, seeds removed or leave at will.
Fold pepper, parsley, ginger, garlic and zest in a mortar, grind into a paste with a pestle.
Add to the mortar lime juice, oil, pepper, salt and stir.
