Pork chops, melt in your mouth
1 kg pork loin with bone
200 g creamy yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
6 tomatoes
3 cucumber
1 lettuce
1 beam parsley
1 beam of green celery
1 pod of hot peppers
0.5 glass vegetable oil
1 Art. l. lemon juice
ground black pepper
salt
Finely chop the herbs marinade, add hot peppers, sliced in rings, lemon juice, oil, pepper and salt and mix well.
Cut the meat into portions slices across the width of seed, beat off, put 2 hours in the marinade.
Fry the chops on the grill until done.
Put the chops on lettuce leaves, feeding, watering yogurt and garnished with vegetables.
These chops can be submitted to the New Year's table as a first course.
