Pork, preferably neck, cut into portions, first season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with hops-suneli, and only then fight off and put in a tub with water, acidified with vinegar for fifteen minutes. Then dipped in Lison and breadcrumbs and fry in a pan.
What good is this recipe? Well it is very convenient to take on the road, and hops-suneli and vinegar marinade give a very pleasant savor.
