Tomato sauce for spaghetti
On 0,5litrovuyu jar of tomato sauce:
100 g tomatoes - 1 kg
70 g sugar;
10 g salt;
30 g 6% vinegar;
1-2 Garlic - cloves
1 hops-suneli - chayn.lozh
Ground cinnamon - pinch
Tomatoes pass through the juicer (such as a grinder, but with a long tip with holes), put to boil over medium heat, when the foam rises, all stir with a spoon. cook until Tomato weight is reduced by half, and maybe a little more. Then add 1-2 st.lozh. hops-suneli, a little cinnamon, crushed garlic, sugar and salt. All cook for another 10 minutes. then add the vinegar and remove from heat. Keep hot mass 3-5 minutes, and then bottled in half-liter jars, cover with lids and sterilize 15 minutes.
