Pork with Apples
0.5 kg roast pork
1 kg sour apples
2 bulbs
5 Art. l. sour cream
salt
1 h. l. hops-suneli
2 Art. l. fat
Sliced into thin rings onion fry until golden brown, add the apples, sliced. Put out to tender. Add sliced grilled meat, sour cream, hops-suneli and salt. Once again all the stew. Serve with rice.
