Meat, fried with onions and apples
1 kg lean pork
3 bulbs
1 apple
3 Art. l. fat
ground red pepper
salt
Meat cut into slices, then into cubes and fry in oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper. When the meat is brown and soft, add the sliced onion rings, peeled, sliced apples and cook until tender.
It is advisable to prepare this dish in the refractory glass container - it can be fed directly to the table. Serve with deep fried potatoes, salad.
