8 pcs. potato
4 glass vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Potatoes cut into cubes (free), straw (share) or slices (chips), dry cloth and fry in deep fat at 170-180 � C until golden brown.
Ready potatoes, remove with a slotted spoon, fold in a sieve to glass oil, salt.
When serving sprinkle with herbs.
