Schnitzel of pork with apples and dogwood
800 g pork
2 eggs
bread crumbs
vegetable oil or fat for frying
2 sour apple
2 glass dogwood
Portions of meat lightly beat off, fried in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in hot fat until golden brown, sprinkle with salt and pepper. From apples to cut the skin, cut out the core and cut apples into slices and lightly fry in fat. In bowl put the slices of meat on each piece - fried apples. Place on the edges of dogwood, cooked in syrup. Serve with fried potatoes.
