Stew slices
1 kg veal
500 g zucchini
500 g eggplant
3 bulbs
500 g potatoes
4 tomatoes peeled
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, pepper, parsley and cilantro
Meat fry in oil, add sliced onions and continue to saute until the onion is to Zabolotets. Zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes cut into slices. Zucchini and eggplant fry on both sides. In a pot put the meat and onions, fried zucchini and eggplant, and raw potatoes. All pour water to cover the vegetables, salt and pepper, cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, add the sliced tomatoes and leave on the heat for another 7-10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
