Eggplant baked with tomatoes and potatoes
Necessary products:
3 eggplant
3 potato tuber
2 onions
4 tomatoes
parsley and dill
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
Eggplant, tomatoes, onions and potatoes peeled and cut into slices. Finely chop the greens.
In a deep frying pan pour oil, then lay out the layers of the onion, eggplant, potatoes, and then on top of greens. Season with salt. Place greens on a layer of tomatoes. Cover and place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
