Pork tenderloin with apples in Polish
400 g fillet of pork
60 g apples
40 g fat
20 g flour

To take the next major piece of pig flesh.
Rinse, dry meat, rub with salt, roll in flour on all sides to very hot fat fry, then shift into a saucepan, pour the remainder of the cooking oil, sprinkle with caraway seeds / marjoram, pour a small amount of broth, until half extinguished.
Onions cleaned, cut into rings, sliced apples, put the meat, simmer until tender.
Ready to get meat, and rub salt the sauce, add the sieved flour, bring the sauce to a boil, then strain it.
