Juicy meat with spices
400 g pork meat, boneless, or neck;
300 g fresh mushrooms;

1 glass walnuts

Meat cut into small slices, salt and pepper and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Onion cut into half rings and fry with the meat. When the onion is golden brown, add the mushrooms, sliced plates. Fry over low heat until complete evaporation of water from the mushrooms. 5 minutes before ready to put finely chopped walnuts. Add spices to taste, for example, hops-suneli.
Gourmet can offer the following combination of spices: allspice, nutmeg, ginger, for lovers, you can add a little fennel and a small piece of lemon peel, for freshness (removed after cooking). The main thing is not to overdo it, so as not to score the smell of grilled meat and mushrooms. If all the spices stand in equal proportions and very small amounts, an unforgettable aroma and very in harmony with the meat and mushrooms.
Sauce: 200 ml of warm up. cream, 1 tbsp. l. flour mixed with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and add with stirring to the cream. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Season with salt, add a little garlic and ground turmeric (sauce then get a nice yellow color).
As a side dish (for completeness dishes) can make an easy salad: take a jar of corn, chopped cucumber, lettuce, a little grated green radish. All mixed with 1/2 cans of mayonnaise 2 tsp tomato paste. If desired, add a little shredded cheese.
