Pork in soy-ginger marinade
500 g pork tenderloin
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tsp ground ginger
Garlic is clean, pass it through the press, mix soy sauce, onion, sugar, ginger, sesame oil.
Rub marinade pork, cover and remove it for 3 hours in the cold (for marinating time inverted several times, pour the sauce).
Put the meat in a little coat with butter a baking dish, pulling out of the marinade, bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 45 minutes, no covering, then cut into plastics to 5 cm thick.
During roasting meat marinade bring to a boil, boil for 3-5 minutes.
Served pork in soy-ginger marinade - pour it on top of the meat.
