Salad with trout
Required Products:
250 g brown trout
1 onions - head
2 pcs. sweet pepper
4 parsley - sprigs
1 pcs. lemon
1 Leeks - stalk
2 Garlic - cloves
2 Art. l. grated ginger
1/2 glass coconut milk

4 pcs. lettuce

1 onion cut into small cubes. Parsley finely chop. Squeeze the juice from limona.2. SPLIT fish fillets with the skin without bones.
3. Fish fillet cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Then add the parsley and chopped onion, salt and mix. Marinate 15 minutes.
4. leeks white part cut into thick rings.
Bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds from the stem, cut the flesh into small cubes.
5. Chop the garlic, ginger and mix with coconut
the milk.
6. Before serving, slices of fish marinated in slightly warm, quickly cool, mix with vegetables and coconut mixture. Salad out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped lettuce.
