Pork chops in tomato sauce
Required Products:
400 g pork with bone (loin)
2 pcs. onion
4 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. tomato paste
2 Art. l. vegetable fat
1 garlic - clove
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper

Loin, cut into portions with a bone. Bone strip of film, and cut off the ends at an angle of 45 �. The flesh is slightly repel, salt, poperchite.Obzharte patties in hot oil, add chopped onion.
